Drumhead Cabbage is a very popular round cabbage variety that produces exceptionally firm tasty heads. The large heads are flattened like a drum and are blue/green in colour, with a good covering of wrapper leaves. It stores well, has a nice peppery flavour that softens with cooking.
Special varietal requirements:
Avoid sowing in severe cold and heading in extreme heat.
