No recommendation for use of these seeds creates, expresses or implies a warranty. All seeds are sold \u201cVoetstoets\u201d. Acceptance of seed sold by National Tested Seeds constitutes agreement that such sale was made in Zimbabwe and is subject to the Laws of Zimbabwe and no other state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Purchaser&#8217;s and User&#8217;s exclusive remedy and National Tested Seeds\u2019 sole liability for loss or damage arising from purchase or use of this shall be an amount equal to the price paid for the seed used, if any. In no event shall National Tested Seeds be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including the loss of profits.
