Falcon produces attractive, high quality, uniform, globe shaped roots which is complemented with a small, refined crown and taproot, smooth skin and dark red external and internal root colour. The vigorous, upright foliage is not prone to purpling in the cool growing season. Falcon is suitable for the bunched, fresh, pre-pack and processing markets.
