Cherriette is a bright red F1 hybrid radish that performs very well during the warmer season. Maturity is medium, around 25 – 30 days from sowing. Roots are globe shaped, very uniform and have silky smooth shoulders and a refined tap root. Yield potential is excellent with high quality and uniform roots. Field holding is good and Cherriette tolerates pithing very well. Cherriette has a good cracking resistance. Foliage is medium to short, healthy and dark green. Cherriette has a sweet taste and the texture is crisp and juicy. Cherriette is used for quality bunching, salad packs and the pre-pack markets.
