Little Finger is a standard Amsterdam forcing type for main season production with good colour and sweet flavour. Roots are smooth with a short cylindrical shape. Little Finger is a widely adapted, versatile variety that is often used by producers who require both baby and slightly larger young carrots for the local and export markets. Field holding ability is good. Yield potential is high.

Rhubarb (Open Pollinated Swiss Chard)

Rubarb is a red veined swiss chard variety, mainly suitable for supermarkets. Leaves are medium to large, dark green with red stems. Very adaptable to the different climatic zones. The contrast of red (stems) to green (leaf) makes for a very appealing end-product.

Eldorado is a yellow stem green leaved swiss chard. Very adaptable and performs well in different climatic zones in South Africa. Leaves are of medium size and stems are thin. The yellow stems are very bright in colour and the contrast between green (leaf) and bright yellow (stem) makes for a very appealing end-product.
