Cape Market is a medium maturing, widely adapted, open pollinated carrot variety, ideal for the home garden and bunched market. Cape Market has a vigorous foliage and produces cylindrical shaped roots with a blunt to semi-blunt/slightly tapered tip. In addition, the roots have a good external and internal colour, sweet taste and strong leaf attachment – perfect for the bunched carrot market.
